Welcome to Cecil Sharp. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products, descriptions, and pricing

We describe our products, including their materials, as accurately as we can on each product page. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel an order, and limit quantities, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send dispatch confirmation. You confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and your own.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery times, costs, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. In short: orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, ship free with tracking, arrive around 7 to 10 business days from purchase, can be cancelled within 12 hours, and can be returned within 40 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Cecil Sharp and may not be copied or used without our permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided as is, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
